Febe Bible Studies is an initiative of Carla Heuvelman from the Netherlands

'Febe' is a brave woman who travels to an unknown group of people in another country to bring them a letter from the apostle Paul.

I find her such an inspiration that I decided to share personal faith stories and Bible studies I write with other people myself.

Of myself, I am not brave at all. Yet I feel I don't have to do it alone, but that God blesses the steps I take. Because of this, I hope to be a blessing to others again through the Bible studies and Blogs on this website. For people who are already familiar with the Bible, but also for people who are not (so) familiar with the Bible. There are many people who are searching for God. And what better way to get to know Him than through the Book He Himself gave to us? At the same time, it is not an easy read; there are many books in this big book that are quite difficult to understand. Therefore, each Biblestudy is accompanied by an explanation with background information and context, so that, little by little, I hope the Bible can be better understood. Also, with each Bible study there are questions for deeper reflection. For example: what does God want to tell us with this? And: what use is it to me in my daily life?

I wish you to be encouraged and inspired. That you may grow in faith and live closer to God. Because He is love and He wants to surround you with His love!
